Delete your RxOne account

This page is for the RxOne - Care Companion app, provided by Rx One Care Pvt. Ltd. Verify your registered mobile number to request deletion of your account and associated data.

Your OTP is used only to verify that you own the account. Never share it with anyone.

Data deleted with your account

Account profile and login information, including name, phone number and email.
Optional profile details such as gender, date of birth/age and blood group.
RxOne app appointment requests and other data directly associated with the app account.

Data that may be retained

Records that we must keep for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained only for the period required by applicable law. They are isolated from active product systems and are not used for marketing. A minimal deletion-request audit record may be retained for up to 90 days after completion.

Other ways to request deletion

In the app, open Profile → Delete account. If you cannot receive an OTP, email support@rxone.app from an address associated with your account or include your registered mobile number. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
